The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games are almost here. From striking aquatic centres to billion-dollar timber stadiums, Japan’s capital is now ready for the greatest sporting event on Earth.

Olympics organizers have created an archipelago of controlled zones across Japan for about 60,000 foreign visitors including athletes and staff.

The XXXII Summer Olympics will take place in Tokyo from the 23rd of July and go until 8th August 2021, in the capital of Japan. The running Olympic games each day start at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and 8:oo p.m. JST (Japan Standard Time) local time.
