Princess Grace of Monaco (the former Hollywood filmstar Grace Kelly) suffered a stroke and subsequently crashed her car. She died on September 14th, 1982, when husband, Prince Rainier, gave permission for her life-support machine to be switched off. The funeral took place on September 18, 1982
