Shuttle Endeavour's six astronauts have checked the systems they need to bring NASA's next-to-last space shuttle flight to an end. They are expected to land early Wednesday Morning June 1st, 2011.

Endeavour has made a night-time touchdown at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida after completing its final mission.

NASA's Space shuttle last mission lift off. Shuttle Endeavour went to space for the last time on May 16th, 2011 at 8:56 AM EDT. By Wednesday May 18th they will have reached the space station and their return back after a 16 day mission is expected by early June, 2011

The Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer, a particle physics detector that could unlock mysteries about dark matter and other cosmic radiation, is installed outside the International Space Station.
