One of the most talked about buildings of the 21st century is the new One World Trade Center which was toped in June of 2013. The One World Trade Center Plaza, including the 9/11 Memorial and Museum is clear testimony to the wonder of modern architecture. Twelve years after terrorists destroyed the old World Trade Center, the new one is becoming a reality, with a museum remembering the attacks and two office towers where thousands of people will work set to open by 2014. The 8-acre memorial plaza with its twin reflecting pools where the World Trade Center towers once stood opened in 2011 on the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Nearly 10 million people have visited. Our gallery of modern architecture include some buildings you may have seen before, they're already classics among the fans of conceptual architecture, but there are many you will see for the first time. There are few of them which still are in the project faze, some of them are in the building process and most of them, of course, are already built.
