Community of Lights captured this amazing cloud at the end of July in the late afternoon in Fire Island Pines, a beautiful barrier island off the coast of New York. The cloud was about 500 feet wide and sever miles long covering the entire island as it went by, and then vanished in the Atlantic Ocean.

Spectacular dance from the Scala de Milano with solo dancer Myrna Kamara and Ricardo Massimi from the ballet dance school "Contro Le Dtroghe" at the Nuovo Theater in Mialano. Katy Perry's "Firework" is the first non-Christmas song I synchronized to lights. The song is a favorite with the entire family and my wife and kids sing along whenever it is on. In October 2011 Light-O-Rama came out with their new S3 software and I was really excited to sequence a song, and I'd been saving Firework. Since it's not a 'Christmas song' I'll probably have to sneak it in to the closing of the show, and of course use it for New Year's Eve.
